The APC Series is a high precision rotary flange style planetary gearbox with less than 1 arc minute backlash. A patented curvic coupling output provides a high concentricity, low runout, high torque zero backlash connection to pinion gears. Case Hardened and ground gearing provide high accuracy and high wear resistance for the gear train. The addition of a fourth planet gear increases torque capacity up to 25% Compact structure provides high torsional rigidity, taper roller bearing support provides high axial and moment load capacity.
