The AERS series features high torque capacity helical gearing, smooth, quiet operation, low backlash, high radial load capacity and continuous/high cycle rate capability. The AES/AERS series also includes Apex’s patented input bearing technology that perfectly centers the pinion, or sun gear, directly in the center of the planet gears. This ensures equal load sharing on each of the planet gears, driving better accuracy, smoother quieter operation, lower torque ripple and lower transmission error, while increasing longevity and decreasing wear.

Food grade compatible lubricant - NYE670F. Nontoxic and safe for food contact. Suitable for use on machinery and instrumentation where incidental contact with food is a possibility. NSF H-1 approved.
IP 66 sealing. Double lipped, springloaded Viton radial shaft seals at input and output. Buna o-ring sealing between all mating housings.
Cylindrical design to eliminate flat surfaces.
